Legacy Sugar Maple

Often selected for it’s astonishingly deep red-orange fall color, Legacy Sugar Maples are an attractive shade tree with many advantages.These trees are more tolerant of drought and wind storm events than other Sugar Maple varieties. Legacy Sugar Maple branches grow densely to act as wonderful shade color and noise abatement if near a busy roadway. Under the right circumstances, these trees can live to the age of 100 years or more. Legacy Sugar Maples do best when in well drained soils and in an area with low air pollution.
